For this first volume, Spring Chef’s Table — Spring Harvest, Chef Juan Acevedo presents a seasonal five-course tasting menu inspired by local ingredients, modern Italian influence, and bold Southern flavors. Each course is designed to highlight the freshness of spring while delivering the refined, interactive experience Plates & Thyme is known for.

Guests will begin the evening with a lively Spring Social Hour at Bar Moxy, featuring passed hors d’oeuvres and a welcome cocktail, before moving into the full tasting experience.

This event offers limited seating and multiple ticket options, including an exclusive Interactive Chef’s Table where guests sit closest to the kitchen for a behind-the-scenes dining experience.
